Care Instruction
Thus you have the most out of your wool garment, we provide the following tips on care.
Wool doesn’t need to be washed directly after each use and it is enough to ventilate the sweater, eg. to hang it outside overnight. Also, the fibers can straighten up again and the wool product remains nice and cozy. As a rough guide, you can treat the woolen clothing after four times wearing about ten hours of rest.
Our products are high-class unique customizations, made of natural materials. So, please, don’t use the washing machine here. Even a gentle cycle will leave traces after 2 or 3 washings.
If your product needs to be cleaned, put it in lukewarm water and wash it gently with shampoo. The material should not be rubbed, if at all, gently kneaded. The wool should not be inside water for too long, otherwise the fibers stick together. After rinsing don’t wring it out or squeeze it. Just press out the water softly.
Spread a towel on a drying rack and lay the garment plain on top. So it can dry and does not lose its shape.
Alternatively you can bring your product to a dry-cleaner you trust.
If you have a stain on your woolen clothes, put some shampoo on the stain and let it work for 5 minutes. Then wash carefully as described above.
To let the wool product not lose its shape, we recommend to store it lying, not hanging, in a dark and cool place.
