SHIPPING
We ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment and completion of the article. Once the goods have been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping notice containing a tracking link. With the DHL tracking number, you can always see the shipment status of your order.
If you order items that are wholly or partially temporarily or permanently unavailable or have a different delivery period, we will inform you in a separate e-mail.
If the delivery is affected by force majeure, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you about this. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is transferred to the purchaser only with the handover of the item to the purchaser.

Deliveries will take place within 1-5 business days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL. The time periode for delivery begins with the completion of the article. If the time periode ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the periode shifts to the next working day.

WITHIN EUROPE AND SWITZERLAND

When shipping the available items within Europe, the delivery time will be up to 14 business days, depending on the recipient’s location.
DELIVERY COSTS
For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of EUR 12,90 per order. The shipping fee amounts to EUR 12,90 in Switzerland. The order value for Switzerland is limited to a maximum amount of 1,000.00 Euro net per order.
